Ravi invites Vasu and publicly proclaims his love for her. Raghuraj arranges a "swaymvar" for his son, to which all the business tycoons and rich people send their daughters. Vasu tells Ravi, after which he calls his father and threatens him.
Raghuraj orders the police to retaliate, and Mithua is taken to the police station and beaten up by the police. Mithua sends some goons to the college who beat up Ravi. Ravi and Vasu start studying together and gradually become friends and eventually fall in love, but Raghuraj disapproves of her due to her social status. Similarly, Mithua, who wanted a boy, neglects Vasu and his wife ( Chetana Das). Raghuraj expects him to excel in academics, so he can send him to Harvard Business School. Ravi is neglected by Raghuraj who always focuses on business and wealth. Vasu doesn't pay attention to sports and focuses on academics. Ravi excels in sports, but is terrible in academics. She lives in a joint family with many of her relatives. Vasundhara Yadav ( Anita Hassanandani), is the daughter of a middle class wrestler Mithua Yadav ( Vineet Kumar) studying in the same college. Ravi lives with his father, as his mother died. Vijay refuses the marriage of Pooja and Karan.Ravi Pratap Singh ( Tusshar Kapoor) is a college student and the son of a wealthy businessman Raghuraj Pratap Singh ( Akhilendra Mishra). Karan daringly risks his life and rescues Pooja and the other passengers thus making Akhmash and vijay his enemies. When he realizes this, he is unable to do anything as Akhmash forbids him from doing anything that would jeopardies their mission. Vijay is unaware of the fact that his beloved sister Pooja is on board the same flight. Ironically this hijack has been engineered by Pooja’s brother Vijay Varma who is league with the terrorist head Akhmash Jalal. Pooja’s flight is hijacked by a group of terrorists following the arrest of their leader Ashraf-UL-haq malik. They meet and fall in love and their romance progresses without any problems until one day while going to her brother’s house in Mumbai.
